Requirements for care recipients
16 years of age or older
Meet physical and mental health criteria
Primary Care Physician approval required
Insurance authorization (including MassHealth)
Need assistance with daily living activities
Requirements for care providers
Family member or trusted individual
Must reside in the same household
Capable of providing physical and nursing care
Cannot be the member's spouse
Cannot serve as legal guardian
Caregivers must demonstrate the physical and emotional capacity to provide the required level of care and support.
ADLs are fundamental self-care tasks that we perform daily. Our caregivers provide compassionate assistance with these essential activities.
